What turn-around time does Oriental Solutions offer?
Turn-around time is the time taken to transcribe the document and return reports back to the physician's office and is usually measured from the time the raw voice files are made available to Oriental Solutions to the time the reports are delivered.
a. STAT work (Short Turn Around Time) i.e. Emergency Room reports: We provide a faster turn-around of 2-4 hours
b. Regular work: Turn-around ranges as per customer requirement typically from 12 hours, 24 hours & 48 hours
What is Oriental Solution's typical transcription Process?
A normal transcription process involves 4 levels

Oriental Solution's value-added services?
Apart from providing quality transcription service to our customers, we also provide other value-added services. These services are specific to the customer's requirement and can be customized to suit their needs, to name a few:
* Faxing- Practices / clinics typically send a copy of the patient reports to the referring physicians who have referred the patient to their practice. Usually these are sent by regular mail or faxed by the admin staff, which in turn increases cost and time for the practice. Oriental Solutions transcribes the reports and faxes the reports directly to the referring doctors as soon as the report is ready, saving time and resources for the practice.
* Audit - Often practices / clinics lose dictations and reports and this goes unnoticed till the report is reconciled with insurance claims. Oriental Solutions audits every dictation received with the schedules / reports and alert the practice that a dictation is missing even before it is reconciled with insurance claims.
* Generating follow up letters / results letter for the patients - Practice, as a routine, sends follow-up letters to remind their patients about forthcoming appointments, follow up visits, their test results and letters referring them to other physicians. Oriental Solutions takes care of such routine clerical tasks for the practice.
